Support Packages

Once you have chosen your support package, I'll work along side you each month to help keep things organised, running smoothly and feeling a little less overwhelming. Support can include inbox management, customer communication, admin tasks, MailerLite support and more depending on your package and business needs.

Unused hours do not roll over to the following month, as I reserve dedicated time in my schedule for each client. However, I'll always do my best to help you make the most of your support hours throughout the month.

Absolutely! I understand that business needs can change from month to month. You're welcome to move between packages with notice, depending on availability and the level of support you need.

I like to keep communication simple, friendly and flexible. We'll usually start with an email conversation so I can learn a little bit more about your business and the support you are looking for. From there, we can arrange a relaxed 15 minute discovery call at a time that works best for you to chat through everything properly.

There is no long-term commitment required. My support packages are designed to be flexible, so whether you need short-term help or ongoing monthly support, we can find an option that works best for you and your business.

I always aim to respond to enquiries within one business day. Ongoing clients will receive regular communication and dependable support throughout the month, so you'll never feel left chasing for updates.

Support is designed to be flexible and tailored to your business. Packages renew monthly, and if your support needs changing over time, packages can be adjusted depending on availability. I simply request 30 days notice for cancellations and significant package changes.

Monthly support packages are invoiced in advance each month. Once we have chatted through your support needs, I'll guide you through the next steps and get everything set up.
